Company Profile

Radiant Lighting Services was started in 1982 as a lighting maintenance company by Chuck & Sue German in Arvada CO. In 1988 the Germans sold the business to Craig & Jean McBride while Craig was working for Radiant Lighting as a Service Technician. Since that time the business has experienced significant, steady growth and has evolved into a full service electrical and lighting contracting company servicing the entire front range area. From Ft. Collins to Castle Rock. Our hard earned reputation of honesty, integrity and great work ethics are only some of the reasons our customers continue to trust in us. Craig has over 20 years of experience in the electrical service industry. His duties include general supervision of all operation including bidding, customer service, sales & marketing, scheduling, purchasing, and day to day operations.

Jean McBride

Secretary, Bookkeeper

Jean is currently in the office on Fridays. Although she is no-longer with us everyday, she is still a very important and valuable asset to RLS. Her duties include payroll, accounting, and handling the insurance.

Property Mapping!

We now offer a mapping package for all properties under contract or non-contract properties. Maps are designed to improve communication between Radiant Lighting, property managers and HOA's. The maps cost $300 for contract properties and $400 for non-contract properties. This design fee is a 1 time fee and may be broken down into monthly contract fee. Sign up 3 new contract properties and we will wave the map design fee for all 3 properties. Each map has every service panel, photocell, and light fixture marked with a designated symbol in the exact location that it resides on the property. You may also add other property features such as irrigation clocks, pet stations, fire panels, and trash enclosures for an additional $25.00 design fee.
